Rookie, Ranger and Bronze Star are introductory courses to the world of lifesaving. Though not required, these courses are ideal for future candidates who have completed the Swim for Life program and are either looking for a challenge, additional training, or who are waiting to meet the age requirement for Bronze Medallion.
