The Fitness Swimmer Program is for swimmers of any age who want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. Do you know how to swim but want to be able to swim laps for exercise? This is the course for you! Some of the skills covered include: use of pace clocks; stretches; workout design; and distance swimming. Fitness Swimmer provides a structured approach to improve physical fitness based on accepted training principles and practices.\

All swimming lessons are private bookings located in College Heights. Lessons start at $40.00 for one swimmer and are an additional $10.00 per swimmer. Payment is due at time of booking via etransfer. Payment becomes non-refundable 48 hours before the lesson time.
