Payment Policy
$42.00 per lesson (one swimmer) plus $10.50 per additional swimmer
•Payment must be received at time of booking via e-transfer to info@coursesbykathryn.com. Lessons not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.
All payment becomes non-refundable 48 hours before lesson time. No exceptions.
Payment/booking issues are subject to dismissal as a client.
No-Shows to lessons are non-refundable.
KD Courses does not maintain credits or outstanding account balances.
Cancellation Policy
KD Courses requires 48 hours notice for all lesson cancellation and rescheduling. Lessons without proper cancellation notice are subject to full fees. Cancellations must be made via direct contact - please do not use the cancel option on Calendly.
•Two (2) late cancellations or repetitive issues may result in dismissal as a client.
•Please be respectful of our time and resources by only booking times with the intention of attending. We will be happy to try to fill your session spot with appropriate notice.
